🤍 APPOINTMENT POLICY SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied to your total at the end of your service. A valid card must be on file when booking. The remaining balance is due at your appointment and can be paid via Cash or Zelle. We also accept Venmo, Cash App, Cards, and Apple Pay for an additional $5 fee. Deposits are non-transferable. ⸻ 🤍 CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in: • Forfeiture of your deposit • Automatic charge of 50% of the remaining balance for the services booked will be applied to the card on file A new deposit will be required to re-book. ⸻ 🤍 NO SHOW / SAME-DAY CANCELLATION No shows and same-day cancellations are unacceptable and will result in: • Forfeiture of your deposit • Automatic charge of 100% of the remaining balance for the services booked will be applied to the card on file Failure to pay this fee will result in a ban from future bookings. ⸻ 🤍 LATE POLICY There is a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without calling or texting, your appointment will be: • Cancelled • Deposit forfeited • Charged 100% of the remaining balance ⸻ 🤍 LASH REFILLS Refills must be scheduled between 2–3 weeks of your last appointment. You must have 50% or more of your lash extensions remaining to qualify as a refill. • Anything over 3 weeks is considered a full set – no exceptions • If you book a refill but actually need a full set, please contact us to adjust your appointment • In the case of an allergic reaction, a complimentary removal will be offered ⸻ 🤍 NO KIDS POLICY Please do not bring children unless they are receiving a service. The services we provide require full attention and focus.
