🤍 APPOINTMENT POLICY SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied to your total at the end of your service. A valid card must be on file when booking. The remaining balance is due at your appointment and can be paid via Cash or Zelle. We also accept Venmo, Cash App, Cards, and Apple Pay for an additional $5 fee. Deposits are non-transferable. ⸻ 🤍 CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. 48+ HOURS NOTICE Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance will not result in an additional fee. Your deposit may be applied toward your rescheduled appointment, according to our booking policy. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. If your deposit was not charged at the time of booking, the applicable deposit amount must be paid via Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Cash before you are eligible to book another appointment. A new deposit will be required to re-book. NO-SHOWS If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee that was booked. If the payment cannot be processed on the card provided, the full balance must be paid via Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Cash. Failure to pay any applicable cancellation or no-show fee may result in a ban from future bookings. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy. ⸻ 🤍 LATE POLICY There is a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without calling or texting, your appointment will be: • Cancelled • Deposit forfeited • Charged 100% of the remaining balance ⸻ 🤍 LASH REFILLS Refills must be scheduled between 2–3 weeks of your last appointment. You must have 50% or more of your lash extensions remaining to qualify as a refill. • Anything over 3 weeks is considered a full set – no exceptions • If you book a refill but actually need a full set, please contact us to adjust your appointment • In the case of an allergic reaction, a complimentary removal will be offered ⸻ 🤍 NO KIDS POLICY Please do not bring children unless they are receiving a service. The services we provide require full attention and focus.
